Return Eligibility

Returns or exchanges are accepted within 15 days from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your product must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the invoice or proof of purchase.

Returns are accepted only for damaged or defective products that have a manufacturing fault.

Damage caused by improper use, handling, or installation will not qualify for return or refund.

Return Process

To request a return, please contact us at [info@expertronics.in] within 15 days of receiving your order.

Our team will guide you through the return procedure and provide the return address.

You must send the product back to us for inspection.

Once we receive and check the product:

  • If the issue is confirmed to be a manufacturing defect, we will exchange the product or offer a refund (depending on eligibility).
  • If the product is found to be damaged due to misuse or external causes, we will not be able to process a return or refund.

Please note that return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer unless the product is confirmed to be defective.

Refunds

Refunds are only provided in certain approved cases after inspection.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Product Exchange Policy

If your product is found to be defective after inspection, we will arrange a replacement or exchange of the same item.
Exchanges are only approved if:

  • The product has a verified manufacturing defect.
  • The same product or model is available in stock.

If the same model is unavailable, an equivalent replacement or suitable alternative may be offered.
The replacement product will be delivered within 7–10 business days after approval.

Warranty Claims

If your product is covered under warranty:

  • Warranty claims are not valid for damage caused by mishandling, accidents, power fluctuations, or unauthorized repairs.
  • You can claim a repair or exchange following the same process as above.
  • The product must be sent to us for inspection and verification.
  • Repairs or replacements will only be made if the damage is due to a manufacturing defect.
